Do not share beneficiary information with unknown entities

The Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) has urged its beneficiaries not to share their personal data or information with any unknown entities or accounts, emphasizing the importance of avoiding interactions or responses to any accounts or entities that request financial payments from beneficiaries in exchange for the Fund's services. 

HRDF clarified that, to ensure the protection of customer and beneficiary data, the official WhatsApp channel for customer service has been verified. The HRDF reiterates its call for secure and reliable communication through the official WhatsApp channel at 8001222030, or by calling the same number, or through HRDF's X platform account @HRDFKSA or the customer service account @HRDF_Care.
