"HRDF" signs an agreement with "Nedalb" to support the training and employment of national cadres in promising sectors.
Today, the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) signed a cooperation agreement with the National Industrial Development and Logistics Program (NIDLP) at its headquarters in Riyadh. The agreement aims to support the training and employment of national cadres in opportunities arising from the initiatives and activities of the program, thereby contributing to the development of human capital in the program sectors and enhancing their efficiency in line with current national development plans and in support of Saudi Vision 2030 initiatives.
The agreement was signed by His Excellency the Director General of the HRDF, Mr. Turki bin Abdullah Al-Juwein, and His Excellency the CEO of the NIDLP, Engineer Suleiman bin Khalid Al-Mazrou.
This agreement, in conjunction with the efforts of relevant sectors, aims to transform the Kingdom into a leading industrial power and an international logistics hub in various promising fields, with a focus on implementing fourth-generation industrial technologies. This will create promising job and training opportunities for national cadres, enhancing the trade balance and maximizing local content.
The agreement includes provisions for cooperation between the parties to exchange information, opinions, transfer experiences, and execute joint projects, such as supporting the "Year in Industry" initiative in collaboration with partner organizations, to reflect the development and enhancement of human capabilities to work in promising program sectors.
Both parties agreed to establish a joint working team to activate areas of cooperation and submit periodic reports and recommendations on the progress of work.
It is worth mentioning that the HRDF has established a specialized unit to activate its role as a proactive enabler for partnerships with programs to achieve Vision 2030, aiming to support the building of national human capacities and align them with jobs emerging from the Kingdom's vision.
