The Director General of the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF), Mr. Turki bin Abdullah Al-Juaeeni, visited the headquarters of the National Institute for Industrial Training (NITI) in Al-Ahsa today. He met with the Acting General Manager of NITI in Al-Ahsa, Mr. Fahad bin Ibrahim Al-Munqash. The meeting discussed enhancing cooperation between the two entities in the fields of training and empowerment, the journey of trainees at the institute, workshops, computer labs, English language training, and more. The Director General was briefed on the training and employment programs offered by the institute for Saudi men and women. He also saw a presentation about the diploma programs and specializations offered, training rooms, and training materials. Additionally, he met with several trainers and trainees in the technical field. At the end of the visit, the Director General of HRDF emphasized the importance of enhancing partnerships and cooperation with various entities, focusing on greater qualification, and activating the role of matching supply and demand. He expressed his gratitude to the institute's management for their contributions and efforts in qualifying and training national cadres, which reflects positively on the development and sustainability of technicians and professionals in serving the country.
