"Northern Borders Encounters" Concludes with Active Participation and Benefit for the Local Community
The Northern Borders Encounters, organized by the Human Resources Development Fund in the city of Arar, concluded today (Wednesday) with strong participation from government and private sector entities, and enthusiastic engagement from many residents of the region. Attendees benefited from a wide range of support, qualifications and training programs delivered by experts and labor market specialists.
The event hosted around 28 developmental training and guidance workshops across five professional tracks, targeting students, job seekers (male and female), entrepreneurs, employees and employers. The aim was to boost investment in human capital development, establish effective partnerships with relevant private sector entities, and provide opportunities for empowerment, training, qualification, and employment that contribute to supporting the national economy.
Northern Borders Encounters is part of a broader series of events organized by HRDF across various regions of the Kingdom to enhance the skills and capabilities of the national workforce and raise awareness among stakeholders in the labor market. The event also featured an accompanying exhibition where participating organizations offered support and empowerment opportunities for job seekers, in addition to a variety of guidance and training sessions.
