Northern Borders Residents Share Their Success Stories at “Encounters”

Men and women from the Northern Borders region shared their inspiring success stories in the labor market and their transitions into investing in successful projects across various sectors during the “Inspiring Stories” event, part of the Northern Borders Encounters organized by the Human Resources Development Fund in Arar.
Mastoora Al-Enezi shared her journey in the labor market, starting as a special education teacher. With her growing experience in education, knowledge of modern teaching methods, and efforts in developing educational programs and creating an integrated environment, she recognized investment opportunities and decided to establish a childcare center, marking the start of her entrepreneurial journey in this unique field.
Hussam Al-Oseimi told his inspiring success story, which began with numerous challenges, driven by determination and passion. He started with a small mobile phone shop fueled by a simple idea and ambition. That small shop later evolved into the first Saudi factory producing charging cables and eventually launched a global brand in the field, proving that success starts with an idea, is built through determination, and continues through excellence.
Khalid Al-Enezi shared how he started with a few partners by opening a small flower shop. With perseverance and determination, he expanded his business to become one of the largest certified flower distributors across northern Saudi cities. His ventures grew further to include coffee shops, with branches in Arar, Sakaka, and Tabuk.
Shafi Al-Suqri shared his career story, beginning as a teacher, where he gained vast knowledge and experience. He later moved into educational investment and now owns an educational company that operates four nursing colleges in different regions of the Kingdom.
Radi Al-Roumi spoke about his beginnings and ventures across various fields in the region. Starting as a teacher, he later shifted toward investments in real estate development, food trading, and the launch of several commercial and service projects.
