The Board of Directors of the Human Resources Development Fund commends the performance results achieved in 2022.
His Excellency the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Human Resources Development Fund, Engineer Ahmed bin Suleiman Al-Rajhi, chaired the first board meeting of the Fund for the year 2023 on Wednesday. The meeting was attended by the esteemed members of the board representing governmental and private sector entities.
The Board of Directors commended the performance indicators and the achievements of the strategic objectives, as well as the financial performance, noting the growth in support provided by the Fund during the year 2022. They also noted the recent increase in satisfaction indicators for the services provided by the Fund, which will have a positive impact in meeting the desired aspirations through support programs that cater to the needs of the labor market. Additionally, the Board reviewed several topics on its agenda and took necessary actions regarding them.
It is worth mentioning that the Human Resources Development Fund announced its contribution to supporting the employment of 400,000 citizens through its programs and initiatives to work in private sector establishments during the year 2022.
