The Ministry of Culture signs a cooperation agreement with the Human Resources Development Fund to support and enhance training and employment in the cultural sector
The Ministry of Culture signed a cooperation agreement with the Human Resources Development Fund, in the presence of His Excellency the Deputy Minister of Culture, Mr. Hamed bin Muhammad Fayez, and the Director General of the Fund, Turki bin Abdullah Al-Jawini.
The agreement aims to develop human capital in culture and the arts, enhance cooperation and harmonization in joint areas of work related to support for training and employment in the cultural sector, and enhance joint cooperation in several areas, most notably; Launching initiatives that support national cadres and enhance the professional sustainability of practitioners, amateurs and entrepreneurs in various cultural fields, and motivate the workforce to adopt modern work patterns in many cultural professions, in addition to holding workshops with the concerned authorities; To introduce programs and initiatives that support the localization of the culture and arts sectors, and to organize periodic job meetings in order to promote localization and achieve job stability in the scope of cultural work.
This agreement comes in the context of the two parties' keenness to strengthen partnerships with various governmental, private and non-profit sectors, with the aim of enhancing the localization of the sector and providing it with qualified and trained cadres, in addition to supporting the process of Emiratisation, achieving job sustainability and contributing to building an economic system based on the participation of the country's sons and daughters in various fields and activities. The labor market in line with the Kingdom's vision 2030 AD.
