Strategic Partnership for National Workforce Development in AlUla
The Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) and the Royal Commission for AlUla (RCU) have entered into a strategic partnership through a memorandum of cooperation aimed at developing the skills of the national workforce and equipping them with the necessary knowledge and expertise to work in sectors overseen by the Commission.
This strategic partnership seeks to leverage all HRDF programs and services, including career guidance, training, and capacity-building initiatives, to integrate national talents into the labor market. Additionally, it aims to launch joint initiatives between HRDF and RCU to support the development of the local workforce, benefiting the people of AlUla.
The memorandum outlines HRDF’s commitment to supporting training and employment programs for professions and skills required by the labor market in AlUla.
It also includes the organization of regular job fairs to promote workforce sustainability in key sectors, increasing awareness among businesses under RCU’s supervision about HRDF’s support programs and services, and enhancing their utilization
