This portal may only be used in accordance with the laws, regulations, and codes of conduct in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Your use of the portal means that you agree to the terms of use and undertake not to violate them and not to commit the following:
- Using this portal in a way that causes or is likely to cause a violation of the rights of the Human Resources Development Fund or any other party.
- Any information or materials that you send to the site by e-mail or otherwise shall be treated as confidential data and shall not have a privacy status.
- Send, transmit, or publish any information that is or is likely to be harmful, obscene, defamatory, illegal, or disrupt the normal narration of the contents contained on or through the Portal.
- Attempting to interfere with the operation of the Portal or its functions, including, but not limited to, uploading, downloading, or transferring corrupted files, computer viruses, or other harmful materials or using any software, procedures, or devices with the intent to interfere with the Portal.
- Take any action that results in an excessive or unreasonable load on the Portal's infrastructure.
- Obtaining or attempting to obtain unauthorized access to the Portal, including through a false password or PIN, or attempting to misrepresent your identity or authority to perform any action on behalf of another person.
