A service that facilitates approval for a center or private school to be registered on the Qurrah portal by setting up an account and showcasing the services offered, tailored to specific age groups and their corresponding prices.
This service is considered proactive through:
- Welcome emails for each hospitality center (new license issued - expired license renewed)
- Access the official website of the Childcare Support Product (Qurrah).
- Create an account on the official website of the Childcare Support Product (Qurrah).
- Agree to the terms and conditions of the program.
- Ensure completion of all center details and attach the required documents (permits issued by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development or Ministry of Education).
- Attach a copy of the bank letter in the center's name with the bank's official seal and specify the SWIFT code for the center's bank. The center's name must be added in English to avoid rejected transfers.
- After completing the data, add the services provided by the center, specifying the type of service and age group.
- The Qurrah team will review the application, and a notification will be sent via email regarding the approval or rejection of the license or bank IBAN attached by the center.
- The center will be approved on the portal within 24 hours of application submission, considering official government holidays.
- After approval, the center's services will be available for booking, and eligible mothers can receive support, with the HADAF logo appearing on the center's image displayed on the portal.
- Valid license.
- IBAN bay center name.
- The center must be licensed by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development or by the Ministry of Education.
- Agree to the terms and conditions.
- The center must have a bank account under the same name as the center (personal account IBANs are not accepted).
- Register on the Qurrah portal and add center information and services.

After that, the center's services will be available for booking and receiving mothers eligible for support, and the "Hadaf" logo will appear on the center's image displayed on the portal.

You can manage bookings on the portal by accepting or rejecting requests or requesting additional information (requests must be accepted within 48 hours to avoid automatic cancellation by the Qurrah system).
