Moreover, the Program aims to build a comprehensive system that is the best of its kind in Saudi Arabia by importing and adapting the best vocational education and guidance programs in the world.

We are present in all social media of the Human Resources Development Fund "Hadaf" Or through the website of Subol program, we will participate in various exhibitions and conferences which will be announced.

Subol program provides general information about various training courses that target groups can benefit from and can benefit from training courses on the Droop platform. 

The full-fledged portal does not provide employment services. You can register at the E-services of HRDF and visit the fund's branches and HRDF employment centers to take advantage of its service.

This is a phone-based career counseling service that targets target groups with the assistance of a career counselor who helps them identify the career paths that are best suited to their ambitions and the needs of the labor market.

  1. Registration at Subol portal
  2. Log in to the (contact with the career counselor) icon at the top of the main page of Subol portal.
  3. Choosing to book an appointment with a career counselor
  4. Filling in the required fields:
    1. Type of session
    2. Purpose of the session
    3. Session date
  5. The right time is chosen for the beneficiary
  6. The appointment is confirmed by clicking on the Confirm icon
  7. A text message and an e-mail are sent to the beneficiary with the details of the session
  8. The career counselor communicates with the beneficiary to provide a career counseling session
  9. The beneficiary's attendance is confirmed by the career counselor and this is shown in the beneficiary's file on Subol portal.

The service is provided according to the date and time specified by the beneficiary

A ticket is uploaded on the Subul portal for the problem or contact the e-mail of the Subul portal.

They are notified by e-mail that they will be contacted by the career counselor. The link to Subol platform will be added in the beneficiary's tasks via the E-service of HRDF and they are asked to log in to Subol platform and book an appointment within 7 days, and they will be notified by e-mail of the listed tasks.
