It enables every beneficiary to chart a career path suited to their individual profile by offering a wide range of career guidance services, including career exploration — covering comprehensive information on occupations, specializations, and the labor market — as well as the discovery of educational and training opportunities, and the delivery of a career guidance journey that efficiently connects the labor market with education, leveraging the latest technological methods.
The initiative aims to serve more than one million beneficiaries through cutting-edge artificial intelligence technologies, assessments of career interests, skills, and work environment preferences, and guidance sessions with specialists and experts — all designed to guide and direct national talent in identifying the career path best suited to them.
The Comprehensive Career Guidance e-initiative serves students in middle school, high school, vocational institutes, colleges, and universities, as well as recent graduates, employees, and career counselors in universities and schools, in addition to independent career advisors. It also provides supportive content for parents to help guide and direct their children's career choices.
