An electronic service provided by the Human Resources Development Fund that allows beneficiaries, whether clients or freelancers, to request withdrawal of their balance from their platform wallet. The funds are then transferred to their bank account without the need to visit the agency in person.
Service Level Agreement
- Click on the Bahr Wallet in the sidebar.
- Click on the "Request Balance Withdrawal" button.
- Enter the required information (name, IBAN, bank name).
- The request will be sent to the Bahr team to complete the transfer procedures.

To obtain the service, the user must be registered on the platform.
No, funds cannot be withdrawn before the work is completed and approved by the client.
By accessing your wallet and clicking the withdraw balance button, then completing your bank account information.
