An electronic service provided by HRDF that enables individuals to submit a support request for a professional certificate or license without visiting the Fund.

Service Level Agreement

Obtaining a professional certificate license supported by HRDF.
Invoices attached to the certificate are in the name of the beneficiary who obtained the certificate when submitting the compensation request.
The size of the certificate should not exceed 5 MB.

The beneficiary must be a Saudi national.
The certificate or license must be among the certificates or licenses approved by Human Resources Development Fund.
The date of obtaining the professional certificate or license must be after the date the certificate was approved in the professional certificate product.
The applicant must acknowledge that his employer has not paid the costs of the certificate or license he obtained.
The product must not be used more than twice per person.
The professional certificate or license must be current and not expired; the approval date should not be longer than six months.
The Fund does not bear the costs of membership fees, whether mandatory or non-mandatory.
Invoices related to membership fees must not be attached to any approved certificate.

After ensuring that the individual has obtained one of the supported certificates or licenses, they can apply for support through the program page (Get the Service) Professional Certificates Product > Direct Support > Fill out the application form, attach the required documents, and send the application.

Support Mechanism

The fund compensates beneficiaries financially for training costs and examination fees, after obtaining the professional certificate, according to the following steps:
Create an account on the National Labor Gateway "Taqat", then submit the application through the program's page for supporting professional certificates.
Electronically acknowledge acceptance of the program's terms and conditions, and sign the approval for verification of the certificate's authenticity by the fund or its authorized representative.
Submit the claim through the automated system, attaching copies of the professional certificate and invoices for the costs incurred.
Transfer the certificate costs directly to the individual's bank account using their International Bank Account Number (IBAN).
The eligibility study period is 40 days from the date of application to the program.
The disbursement date is 40 working days from the date of application if all requirements are met.
