It aims to create a communication bridge between hospitality centers to offer and market their services to Saudi female workers in the private sectors for registering their children. Additionally, it supports empowering working women to join and persist in the workforce.

  • The center must be licensed by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development or by the Ministry of Education.
  • Agree to the terms and conditions.
  • The center must have a bank account under the same name as the center (personal account IBANs are not accepted).
  • Register on the Qurrah portal and add center information and services.

  • The center must register on the Qurrah portal and add the center's information and services.
  • The center must agree to the terms and conditions.

  • After the center is approved for support, the center will be notified via email of the approval. 
  • When a mother books a service at the center through the Qurrah portal, the center must accept the booking within 48 hours from the date of the request to avoid automatic cancellation in the Qurrah system. After the booking is accepted, the mother has an additional 24 hours to complete the electronic payment procedures to avoid automatic cancellation. 
  • The Qurrah team transfers the full amount of the service payment to the center between the 15th and 25th day of the following Gregorian month, considering any official government holidays. 

  1. Access the Qurrah portal.
  2. Create an account on the Qurrah portal.
  3. Agree to the terms and conditions of the program.
  4. Ensure completion of all center details and attach the required documents (permits issued by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development or Ministry of Education).
  5. Attach a copy of the bank letter in the center's name with the bank's official seal and specify the SWIFT code for the center's bank. The center's name must be added in English to avoid rejected transfers.
  6. After completing the data, add the services provided by the center, specifying the type of service and age group.
  7. The Qurrah team will review the application, and a notification will be sent via email regarding the approval or rejection of the license or bank IBAN attached by the center. 
  8. The center will be approved on the portal within 24 hours of application submission, considering official government holidays.
  9. After approval, the center's services will be available for booking, and eligible mothers can receive support, with the HADAF logo appearing on the center's image displayed on the portal.

No, the support amount is paid by transferring it directly to the centers' accounts within five working days of the beneficiary paying the deducted amount.

The child is prepared after the third day from the beginning of booking the service for the child through the system as follows

  • Go to the center page on the Qurra platform > go to the support bills option > select the relevant month > click on 'attended'.

The full service amount is transferred to the center within the fifth working day from uploading the reservation invoices for the center each week.

The full service amount (including the support amount) is transferred to the center's account within five working days of the mother paying the deducted amount. If the child does not attend and benefit from the service, the center must notify the Qura Program team to recover the amount.

The operational fees are calculated at a rate of 2.5% of the total service price to contribute to the activation of electronic payment services through the Qara platform.

Yes, the service amount includes value-added tax if the establishment is subject to tax according to the value-added tax system issued under Royal Decree (No. M/113) dated 11/2/1438 AH.

The mother can file a complaint through the Qara portal, and the support team will take appropriate action.

  • After approval, the center’s services will be available for booking and receiving eligible mothers for support. The Hadaf logo will appear on the center's image displayed on the portal. 
  • You can manage bookings on the portal by accepting or rejecting requests or requesting additional information (requests must be accepted within 48 hours to avoid automatic cancellation by the Qurrah system).

The center must: 

  • Be licensed by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development or the Ministry of Education.

  • Have a bank account in the center's name (personal account IBANs are not accepted).

  • Register on the Qurrah portal and provide center and service details.

  • Agree to the terms and conditions. 

  • After the center is approved for support, the center will be notified via email of its approval.
  • When a mother books a service at the center through the Qurrah portal, the center must accept the service within 72 hours of the request date to avoid automatic cancellation. After the request is accepted, the mother has an additional 24 hours to complete the electronic payment to avoid automatic cancellation.
  • The Qurrah team will transfer the full service amount (support amount + amount paid by the mother) to the center's account within two working days of the mother's payment.

Yes, you can access previous transactions and review lists of job advertisements and support tickets.

The total service amount (support + deducted amount from the beneficiary) is transferred directly to the center's account during the period from the 15th to the 25th of the month, considering official government holidays. If the child does not attend and benefit from the service, the center must notify the Qurrah product team to recover the amount. 

During the period from the 15th of the following month to the 25th of the month, considering official government holidays.

The center should prepare the child from the start date of the service for a period of 3 days. The preparation icon will automatically disappear from the Qurrah system after this period. This can be done by: 

  1. Logging into the center’s page on the Qurrah platform.

  2. going to the support invoices option.

  3. selecting the relevant month.

  4. clicking 'Attendance Confirmed'. 

Reference numbers for transfers are reflected after completing the transfer for all centers.

Support Mechanism

HRDF contributes to covering up to 50% of the cost of childcare, not exceeding 1600 SAR per child.
