Turki bin Abdullah AlJawini
Director GeneralMr. Turki Al-Jawini assumed the position of Director General of the Human Resources Development Fund in November 2019. He works to achieve the Fund’s strategic directions aimed at strengthening and enabling national human resources in both the public and private sectors,contributing to the development of the human resources system to raise the efficiency of the Saudi labor market.
He has extensive experience in the public and private sectors and has held several leadership positions, most notably as CEO of Dammam Airports Company and Director General of the Saudi Investment Bank Institute. He also served as a board member of a number of government and private sector entities, as well as several national committees.
Mr. Al-Jawini holds a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Akron in the United States, and he has obtained a number of professional certificates specialized in leadership, management, and finance. He also holds an Executive MBA degree from the College of Business Administration (IMD).
