"Hadaf for Leadership" launches a training program to qualify practitioners in family businesses with labor market skills
The Human Resources Development Fund, represented by the Leadership Goal Program implemented by Cranfield University, launched a special training program for family enterprises in Jeddah in cooperation with the National Center for Family Enterprises, in the presence of Dr. Suhail bin Mansour Al-Tamimi, Vice President of the National Center for Family Enterprises; And Engineer Nader bin Youssef Shinawi, head of the Training Support Program at the Fund.
The center's cooperation with the Fund aims to provide practitioners in family businesses in various sectors with the necessary knowledge and skills. In order to improve the level of performance of workers in these facilities and enhance their capabilities in order to achieve their sustainability.
The HADAF Leadership Program seeks to empower private sector establishments by building national leadership competencies, equipping them with the competencies of team leadership and business leadership, and benefiting from international models and experiences in developing leaders and activating the principles of effective leadership.
The program relies on the transfer of global experiences and the activation of effective and influential principles through many practical cases and projects, and the transfer of best practices globally, guidance, follow-up, and direct simulation or through virtual halls with distinguished experts globally. And training Saudi male and female employees in the private sector, so that they can take over the management and leadership of the facilities, which will reflect on performance and productivity, and raise the qualitative and distinguished Saudization rates.
The program includes five phases, starting with direct training of the participants for a period of five days. During the training period, learning application projects are distributed. In the second phase of the program, the trainees apply what they learned at their employer by working on projects. In the third phase, the participants receive direct training for five days. In the fourth phase, the projects are presented, discussed, and evaluated by a specialized committee, and then a leadership seminar and a graduation ceremony are held. The fifth stage is based on following up and evaluating the impact of the training program on the trainees at their employers.
It is worth noting that the Fund contributed to the graduation of 945 male and female beneficiaries in 2022 from the Leadership Goal Programmed. They belong to 401 establishments from different cities and governorates of the Kingdom.
