Inspiring Success Stories Take Center at Liqaat Tabuk
In a scene that reflected ambition, determination, and real-life experiences, young men and women from Tabuk shared inspiring success stories that highlighted their professional journeys—from overcoming early career challenges to achieving remarkable milestones across diverse sectors and economic activities.
Liqaat Tabuk Forum, organized by the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) and concluding tomorrow, Wednesday, witnessed strong engagement from attendees with these success stories, which demonstrated the ability of national talent to compete, innovate, and thrive. The stories also showcased the diversity of promising opportunities available across various labor market sectors.
Participants shared how they transformed their passions into successful career paths, benefiting from the training and empowerment programs offered by HRDF. These programs have played a key role in enhancing their professional capabilities, strengthening their competitiveness, and expanding their employment and leadership opportunities.
Amani Salem, a beneficiary of the Professional Certificates Product, spoke about how the program marked a turning point in her career journey and contributed significantly to her professional development. She explained that obtaining a professional certification enhanced her competencies and enabled her to advance to the position of Investment Manager within her organization.
Additionally, Dareen Hussein shared her career journey and how she benefited from the Fund’s regional branch services while seeking employment. She described her progression from securing a job opportunity to becoming the Head of Human Resources within her organization. She also highlighted her ongoing efforts to transfer this experience to her colleagues and encourage them to benefit from HRDF’s support programs and products, particularly the Graduate Development Product (Tamheer) and the Employment Support Product.
Meanwhile, Alhanouf Al-Otaibi, a beneficiary of the Hadaf Leadership Program, emphasized the program’s role in refining her leadership skills and enhancing her professional capabilities.
