Yes, a representative of the entity can add external courses to the entity’s account by following these steps:

Click on the "Create Course" icon to add an external course.

Enter the entity’s name in English in the "Short Name" box, considering the specified guidelines.

Write an abbreviation for the content area and the course order in the "Course Number" box.

Enter the abbreviation for the month and year in the "Course Start" box (e.g., APR2022).

Write a description of the course and its objectives in the "Course Description" box.

Enter the course name in Arabic or English in the "Course Name" box.

The new training course card will appear on the main page of "My Courses."

Go to the studio to upload the course content.
