A service that enables the mother to add and follow up on the status of her child’s acceptance into the Child Hospitality Support Product (Qara) electronically via the mother’s page on the Qurrah portal.

This service is considered proactive through:
Notifying the beneficiary through the system that she is not eligible if she does not meet the eligibility requirements

Service Level Agreement

Click on the "My Children" page, then click on "Add a Child".
Enter all the data and attach all the required documents, then click on "Submit".
After completing the addition of the child, you must go to the 'Support' icon, then click on 'Add to Support' for the added child.
Wait until you are notified that the child has been accepted for support.

Birth certificate for the child or family card.
Photo of the child.
Vaccination card.
Medical report on the child.

The beneficiary must be a Saudi national.
The monthly wage shall not exceed SAR 8,000.
Be registered in social assurance system.
There is no cap on the number of children.
The beneficiary's child must be six years of age and under.

The application is processed within 24 hours during official working days from Sunday to Thursday, from 8 AM to 4 PM, excluding weekends and official holidays. If the request is submitted after 4 PM, it will be considered the next day.
