Objection or Acceptance to performance data (Directed Transport Track)
Get The ServiceThis e-service enables beneficiaries of the Freelance Product (Directed Transport Track) to view and accept their monthly performance data, which reflects completed projects and earned income. In case of any discrepancies, an objection can be submitted electronically within 5 days from when the data is reflected in the beneficiary’s account.
Service Level Agreement- Log in to the unified platform of the Human Resources Development Fund.
- Go to the dashboard for the relevant track.
- Review the monthly performance data.
- Ensure that the objection period has not ended.
- Click the “Accept” button, or if you wish to object, click the “Object” button.
- If you choose to object, a side window will appear to enter the objection details.
- Select the project you want to object to.
- Enter the actual income amount.
- Click the “Submit Request” button.

- The performance data must have been published on the dashboard.
- The objection period must still be open (objections must be submitted within 5 days of the performance data being published).
- The beneficiary must not have already submitted an objection for the same month (only one objection is allowed per period).
Yes, a client may submit an appeal regarding their performance data within 5 days of the date the data is published. Appeals cannot be submitted after this period has ended.
You can submit an appeal for performance data under the Freelance Support Product (Directed Transport Track) by following these steps:
- Log in to the Unified Platform using your National Single Sign-On credentials.
- Go to the dashboard of the Freelance Support Program – Directed Transport Track.
- Review the monthly performance data displayed.
- Ensure that the appeal period (5 days from the data publication date) is still active.
- Click on the “Submit Appeal” button next to the desired month.
- Select the project for which you wish to appeal the data.
- Enter the correct actual income amount you achieved.
- Click on “Submit Request”.
Between the 5th and 7th of the month following the entitlement month.
You can view the details of your eligible support amounts by following these steps:
- Log in to the Unified Platform using your National Single Sign-On credentials.
- Go to the dashboard of the Freelance Support Product (Directed Transport Track).
- Select the month you wish to review.
- Click on “Performance Data Details” to view the information for the selected month.
Detailed information regarding your performance data and the eligible support amount will then be displayed.
