Withdrawal from the Freelance Support Product (Directed Transport Track)

An e-service that allows beneficiaries to withdraw from the Freelance Support Product (Directed Transport Track) at any time. After withdrawal, re-registration in any track under the Freelance Support Program is only allowed after 60 days.

  1.  Log in to the beneficiary dashboard.
  2.  Click on the “Withdraw from Track” button.
  3. Select the reason for withdrawal from the list.
  4.  Confirm the withdrawal request.
  5. Receive a notification updating your status to “Withdrawn”.

  • The beneficiary must be active and currently enrolled in the Freelance Support Program (Directed Transport Track).

  • If a beneficiary fails to achieve the minimum income of 700 SAR per month for three consecutive months for the first time, they will be excluded from the product but may reapply two months after the exclusion date. 
  • If the beneficiary fails to meet the minimum for three consecutive months a second time, they will be permanently excluded from the program. 

A beneficiary may be excluded if:

  • They do not meet the eligibility verification requirements.
  • They fail to achieve the minimum income of 700 SAR per month for three consecutive months (first occurrence: temporary exclusion with reapplication possible after two months; second occurrence: permanent exclusion). 

If the beneficiary cancels their support request, they cannot reapply for any Freelance Support track (Orders Delivery or General Track) until two months after the cancellation date. 

Yes, if excluded due to ineligibility, the beneficiary can reapply, and any remaining support months will be counted.

The entitlement will apply in the month following registration, and payment will follow the usual billing cycle. 

To withdraw:

  1. Log in to the Unified Platform using your National Access credentials.
  2. Go to your beneficiary dashboard.
  3. Click “Withdraw from Track”.
  4. Select the reason for withdrawal from the list.
  5.  Confirm your request.
  6. You will receive a notification updating your status to “Withdrawn”.

Note:

  • Support stops immediately after withdrawal.
  • Re-registration on any Freelance Support track (General Track or Orders Delivery Track) is not allowed for 60 days from the withdrawal date.
