An e-service that allows beneficiaries to withdraw from the Freelance Support Product (General Track) at any time. After withdrawal, re-registration in any track under the Freelance Support Program is only allowed after 60 days.
Service Level Agreement- Log in to the beneficiary dashboard.
- Click on the “Withdraw from Track” button.
- Select the reason for withdrawal from the list.
- Confirm the withdrawal request.
- Receive a notification updating your status to “Withdrawn”.
The beneficiary must be currently active and registered in Freelance Support Product (General Track).
If the beneficiary is eligible but fails to meet the required income for three consecutive months, they will be disqualified from the track. Re-registration in the same track or any other track of the Freelance Support Program is not allowed until 60 days have passed from the date of the first disqualification. If the same situation occurs again in the same or any other track, the beneficiary will be permanently disqualified from all tracks of the Freelance Support Program and will not be allowed to register again in the future.
To withdraw from the track, follow these steps:
- Log in to the unified platform using your National Access credentials.
- Access the beneficiary dashboard.
- Click on the “Withdraw from Track” button.
- Select the reason for withdrawal from the list.
- Confirm the withdrawal request.
- You will receive a notification that your status has been updated to “Withdrawn.”
Note:
Support will be stopped immediately after withdrawal, and re-registration in any Freelance Support Program track will not be allowed until 60 days have passed from the date of withdrawal.
