An electronic service provided by the Human Resources Development Fund that allows beneficiaries to register for the product and obtain the support provided without the need to visit the authority.
Service Level Agreement- Visit the website of the Human Resources Development Fund https://www.hrdf.org.sa > Click on e-services at the top of the page < Login – Individuals.
- Log in to the unified national sign-on platform > complete the registration in Jaarat and fill in the required data > click on Save> Choose Support and Information Center < Hadaf Programs and Services.
- Programs are selected < individuals < enable < transport support Access < access to the service.
- Access the registration page by clicking on our programs > access > Registration Details.
- Work and home locations are specified from the map> agree to the terms and conditions >click on registration.
- If eligible, you will be successfully registered and Wosool will be activated automatically within 24 hours in the Careem and Uber apps.
- In case of "disqualification", the reasons for ineligibility will be shown.
- Nationality is Saudi.
- Age 18 - 65 years.
- Registered in the social insurance.
- The monthly wage (basic wage in addition to housing allowance) shall not exceed (8000) eight thousand riyals.
- The total contribution to social insurance does not exceed 36 months during the past five years.
- The person must be with a disability - registered and active in the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
- The beneficiary groups of persons with disabilities (males - females) are excluded from the total contribution to social insurance, provided that it does not exceed 36 months during the past five years.
Joining the "Wusool" transportation support product does not affect any support provided by Hadaf, and it is possible to subscribe to more than one product at the same time.
The product does not require weekly logins to the system; it continues automatically until the beneficiary's subscription to social insurance is terminated or they stop working or exhaust the full duration of support.
After verifying the applicant's eligibility to join the "Wusool" transportation support product, the subscriber must mark their home and work locations, agree to the terms and conditions, and then click on "Register for the Product." Wusool will be activated automatically in the "Uber" and "Careem" apps within 24 hours, and the applicant will receive a guidance message on the same email and phone number registered in Jadarat without the need to send an activation link.
Make sure you log into the applications of the approved service providers using the same phone number and email registered in Jadarat. If the problem persists, contact the Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf) customer service at the unified number 8001222030 or submit a ticket via the link.
You can benefit from the "Wusool" transportation support product through both Uber and Careem.

You will be redirected to the Unified National Access Platform (NAFATH) to complete your registration on the Jadarat platform. After filling in the required information, click "Save."

Click on "Support and Information Center" at the top of the page, then "Programs and Services of Hadaf."

After being redirected to the Hadaf website, select "Electronic Services" at the top of the page and choose "Register as Individuals."

You will be taken to the electronic services page; please click on "Our Programs" at the top of the page and select "Wusool."

After marking your home and work locations on the map, click on "Register for the Product.
Terms and Conditions

The service is available for working women and people with disabilities (male and female) working in the private sector to provide transportation only between work and home. Using this service for any other purposes is prohibited.

The service cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be used by others.

Using the Wusol voucher in service provider apps means you agree to the terms and conditions of the voucher in the service provider apps and consent to sharing information about trips made using this voucher with HRDF.
Commitment to the following conditions is required:

The work and home locations entered by the beneficiary must be correct and accurate.

The support should only be used for commuting between home and work or vice versa.

The support should only be used by the beneficiary and cannot be used by others.

Do not share the beneficiary's personal data in the program with others.

The location change on the HRDF portal should not exceed four changes per month.

The applicant must be a person with a disability registered with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development or the Disability Care Authority in the private sector.
