Add work and home locations in Wusool
Get the ServiceAn electronic service provided by the Human Resources Development Fund, through which the beneficiary of the transportation support product (Wusool) is enabled to specify and update the work and home locations. The location is allowed to be changed 4 times during one month as a maximum, provided that the work and home locations specified on the Fund’s website must match the service providers’ applications in order for the support to be applied to the trip without the need to review the agency.
Service Level AgreementWe hope you follow the steps below in order to ensure the correctness of the procedure:
- Log in to the HRDF website.
2. Click on our program's icon "Access".
3. Then the beneficiary's data and click on (click here to change the location).
4. The "Edit Location Indicator" button is used if the presence is at the home/work location.
4. Click on the correct home/work location on the map to show the blue indicator on the selected location and click on Save.
5. Make sure that the message appears that the location has been changed successfully and will be updated in the service provider within 24 hours.

- The beneficiary must be a Saudi national.
- Age must be between 18 and 65.
- Must be registered in Social Insurance.
- The total monthly wages registered for the beneficiary in Social Insurance across all establishments must exceed SAR 8,000.
- For working women, the total contribution period in Social Insurance must not exceed 36 months within the past five years.
- Persons with disabilities (male and female) are exempt from the total contribution period condition in Social Insurance, provided it does not exceed 36 months within the past five years.
- Male persons with disabilities must be registered with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development – Authority for the Care of Persons with Disabilities.
Terms and Conditions

The service is available for working women and people with disabilities (male and female) working in the private sector to provide transportation only between work and home. Using this service for any other purposes is prohibited.

The service cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be used by others.

Using the Wusol voucher in service provider apps means you agree to the terms and conditions of the voucher in the service provider apps and consent to sharing information about trips made using this voucher with HRDF.
Commitment to the following conditions is required:

The work and home locations entered by the beneficiary must be correct and accurate.

The support should only be used for commuting between home and work or vice versa.

The support should only be used by the beneficiary and cannot be used by others.

Do not share the beneficiary's personal data in the program with others.

The location change on the HRDF portal should not exceed four changes per month.

The applicant must be a person with a disability registered with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development or the Disability Care Authority in the private sector.
