Electronic training programs specialized in a number of fields are provided by local and international training service providers.

The following compliance measures apply to beneficiaries of the E-Training Program (Doroob) who do not complete the training or withdraw after starting:
• First instance: The trainee will receive a warning.
• Second instance: The trainee will be suspended from receiving support for electronic training for 24 months from the date of the second warning. They can still benefit from non-supported services of the E-Training Program.
• The first warning for the trainee will be cleared after one year from its date, provided no suspension has been issued during this period.
A beneficiary can be supported up to 3 times annually, provided they do not exceed the support ceiling amount (8,000 SAR) per trainee.
Specialized Training:
• Training content: Specialized, in-depth, and focused on skills or knowledge related to the needs of the labor market, as per the training guide.
• Duration: Up to 6 months.
Open Access Training:
• Training content: A variety of skills, knowledge, and fields, allowing the beneficiary to choose what suits them according to their training needs.
• Duration: Up to 3 months.
The support targets the following categories:
• Job seekers
• Private sector employees
Other categories, such as:
• People with disabilities (job seekers/private sector employees)
• Remote areas (job seekers/private sector employees)
The E-Training Program (Doroob) provides electronic training content through local and international training service providers. The program supports the beneficiary by covering the cost of training (either fully or partially) if they are accepted into the training.
