Mr. Khalid bin Zaid Al-Tuwim has served as the Executive Office Director. His management oversees the periodic development of the work plan and objectives of the Director General's Office and ensures their implementation in coordination with the Secretariat of the Board of Directors, committees, departments, and all internal and external stakeholders.

Mr. Al-Tuwim has gained practical experience in various fields, including Strategic Planning and Implementation, Committee and Board secretariat, and Governance. He previously held the position of Director of Committees and Meetings in the Executive Office and has served as a secretary in numerous committees since joining HRDF in 2016.

Academically, Mr. Al-Tuwim holds a master’s degree in governance and public policy, as well as a bachelor’s degree in accounting. He has also completed numerous external and internal training courses in leadership and project management.
