65 training workshops, introductory sessions, and support opportunities for motivation at the Hail Meetings.
The Hail Meetings 2023 forum, organized by the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) in collaboration with the Human Resources and Social Development System and private sector partners, will be held at the Roshan Conference and Exhibition Center during the period of February 8th to 9th of the current year. It encompasses more than 65 activities including dialogue sessions, training and guidance workshops, and introductory workshops on governmental opportunities and other opportunities for all tracks.
The accompanying events and activities embody various tracks hosted by the forum, which include: Employers Track, Entrepreneurship Track, Private Sector Employees Track, Students Track, and Job Seekers Track.
These tracks aim to provide necessary support and guidance for entrepreneurs, assist job seekers in finding employment opportunities, develop the skills and capabilities of employees to achieve sustainability and continuity in their work, offer career guidance to students at different educational stages to prepare them for the job market, and provide support for employers to help them increase Saudization rates and provide them with qualified national workforce while informing them about the support provided by the HRDF.
The forum focuses on the importance of investing in human capital, enhancing the skills and capabilities of the national workforce, supporting their training, employment, and qualification for joining the job market, in addition to introducing the programs, initiatives, and opportunities provided by the HRDF to clients and beneficiaries of support services, in line with current national development plans.
The forum will be attended by various government and private sector entities as well as specialists and stakeholders interested in human resources development and officials from government sectors related to the labor market.
The forum will also feature an exhibition presenting training support programs, career guidance, workshops, training opportunities through the Training on the Job Program (Tamheer), as well as job opportunities offered by participating establishments, along with various specialized lectures, seminars, and inspiring success stories.
The forum plays a significant role in introducing visitors to the Career Guidance Portal (Subul) and how to benefit from it to understand the current and future skills and needs of the labor market, and to equip the region's youth with the necessary skills and capabilities for the job market.
