Product Details
- The establishment must have an account on the Human Resources Development Fund website.
- The number of trainees for the Graduates Development Program in the establishment should not exceed 10% of the total number of Saudi employees, and for non-Saudi employees in private, government and non-profit sectors, with a maximum of 100 trainees for the same period.
- The establishment's Nitaqat category should be green or above for private sector establishments and non-profit organizations.
- The establishment must meet the criteria for accepting training opportunities as determined by the fund.
- The establishment's activities must align with the sectors, industries, and professions targeted by the fund.
- The establishment must not be included in the "blacklisted" entities by the fund.
Support Mechanism:
The Human Resources Development Fund contributes to supporting graduates of institutes and colleges holding technical, health, and administrative diplomas, as well as bachelor's degree holders and above, with a monthly stipend of 3000 Saudi Riyals, for a duration ranging from 3 to 6 months.
