All private sector establishments are eligible to submit training support requests to strategic partnership institutes, in line with their approved activities.

How The Product Works

HRDF contributes for a year (50%) of the employee's salary, not exceeding SAR 2000 monthly per employee according to the regulations determined by the fund.

Mechanism For Support

Supporting the training stage:

During the training period, the Fund contributes 75% of training costs for a duration not exceeding 24 months, up to a maximum of 3,000 SAR per month per employee. The employing entity covers the remaining costs, in accordance with the regulations set by the Fund.
Additionally, the Fund provides support during the training period by covering 75% of the employee’s salary, up to a maximum of 1,000 SAR per month per employee. The employing entity is responsible for covering the remaining salary, in line with the Fund’s regulations.

Supporting the employment stage:
