- Must be a Saudi national.
- Must be currently employed in a private sector establishment.
- Must hold at least a bachelor's degree.
- Must have at least five years of professional experience, with a minimum of two years in a
supervisory or managerial role. - Proficiency in English is required only for the training track offered in English.
Program Definition
The Hadaf Leadership Program, offered in collaboration with ESCP-Business School - Pris, aims to empower private sector establishments by preparing national leadership talents. It seeks to equip them with team leadership and business leadership skills, benefiting from global models and experiences in leadership development and implementing effective leadership principles.
