- Training entity license from the National Center for Strategic Partnerships.

Accreditation of the training body by the National Center for Strategic Partnerships as a non-profit training body.
- Providing a training facility.
To accredit a training entity, it must obtain a license (non-profit training establishment) from the National Center for Strategic Partnerships at the General Organization for Technical Education and Vocational Training.
