Adding a child to the childcare support product
Get the ServiceAn electronic service through which the beneficiary's children, aged from newborn to six years old, are added to the mother's account on the portal.
Service Level Agreement
1. Visit the Human Resources Development Fund website, select the Childcare Support Product (Qurrah), and click "Start Service."
2. Go to the National Access Portal to log in to the unified platform.
3. Click the "Add Child" icon.
4. Enter the child's ID number, and the child's information will be retrieved.
5. Click "Save and Continue."

The child must be between newborn and six years old.
There is no limit to the number of children, provided that each child’s age does not exceed 6 years.
Support starts from the first supported reservation and the child’s attendance at the center and continues until the child completes 6 years of age.

The Qurrah portal will be closed, and the product will be transferred to the Unified Platform for HRDF Services to unify the beneficiary and childcare center journey and provide improved services.
The child is added through the beneficiary’s profile page within the product.
Eligibility verification for the child is completed immediately upon submission.
Yes. A non-Saudi child of a Saudi mother is supported.
The request is processed within one business day.

Yes, provided that the reservation is made at the same childcare center. And the center supports the required age categories
- Eligibility is determined based on the Gregorian calendar, as registered in the system.

Yes. Adopted children are accepted only if legal adoption documents are valid and officially recognized.
Eligibility is determined based on the Gregorian date of birth recorded in the system.
The child’s age must not exceed 6 Gregorian years to qualify for support.
• For Saudi children: eligibility is verified immediately.
• Requests must be submitted during official working hours, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• For non-Saudi children: verification is processed within one business day.
By logging into the platform, accessing Profile, and updating the email address from the personal information section.
No. Support cannot be provided if eligibility conditions are not met
No. Child data cannot be modified through the platform and must be corrected via the relevant official authorities.
No. Data is transferred securely, and no beneficiary or child data will be lost.
