All private sector establishments are eligible to submit training support requests to strategic partnership institutes, in line with their approved activities.

How The Product Works

HRDF contributes for a year (50%) of the employee's salary, not exceeding SAR 2000 monthly per employee according to the regulations determined by the fund.

Mechanism For Support

Supporting the training stage:

During the training period, the fund contributes (75%) of the training costs for a period of no more than (24) months, not exceeding the amount of SAR 3,000 monthly per employee, and the employer shall bear the rest of the costs according to the regulations determined by the fund.
The fund provides a support during the training period in the amount of (75%) of the employee's salary, not exceeding SAR 1000 monthly per employee, and the employer shall bear the remaining percentage of the salary according to the regulations determined by the fund.

Supporting the employment stage:

The fund contributes for a year (50%) of the employee's salary, not exceeding SAR 2000 monthly per employee according to the regulations determined by the fund.
