Get the ServiceSupport to enable women working in Saudi Arabia to enter and continue in the labor market. It is assured of the care provided to their children. The program guarantees coverage of up to 50% of the value of booking a hospitality center up to SAR 1,600 for each child working in the private sector under the age of 6.
Product Details
- The beneficiary must be a Saudi national.
- The monthly wage shall not exceed SAR 8,000.
- Be registered in social assurance system.

No, prices cannot be modified for services with active bookings. After the service ends, a new service can be created, and prices will be reviewed accordingly.
The Childcare Support Product (Qurrah) enables Saudi working women to join and remain in the labor market with confidence in the care provided to their children.
The product covers up to 50% of the value of the childcare center reservation, not exceeding SAR 1,600 per child, for children of eligible working mothers in the private sector whose ages do not exceed 6 years.

The support period is open-ended, provided that the beneficiary has children within the age range of 0–6 years and meets the program’s eligibility criteria.
The Human Resources Development Fund contributes up to 50% of the cost of childcare centers or licensed nurseries, with a maximum of SAR 1,600 per child.
There is no limit to the number of children, provided that each child’s age does not exceed 6 years.
Support starts from the first supported reservation and the child’s attendance at the center and continues until the child completes 6 years of age.
The beneficiary must:
• Be Saudi nationality.
• Be registered with Social Insurance (GOSI).
• Be working in the private sector.
• Be between 18 and 65 years of age.
• Have a monthly registered salary not exceeding SAR 8,000.
• Have children whose ages do not exceed 6 years.
• There is no maximum limit on the number of children.
Yes. A Family Record must be issued via Absher, and the child must be added to the family record in order to be eligible for support.
In this case, the system will not be able to retrieve the child’s data or verify the child’s eligibility as a dependent of the beneficiary.
No maximum limit is set, provided that the beneficiary is actively employed and has a child within the eligible age range.

The Qurrah portal will be closed, and the product will be transferred to the Unified Platform for HRDF Services to unify the beneficiary and childcare center journey and provide improved services.
Before starting, please ensure that the beneficiary has an active Family Record.
1. Access the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) website. From the top menu, select Products and Services, then Product Guide. Choose Childcare Support Product (Qurrah) and click Details.
2. Click ‘Apply for Service’ to proceed to the product page.
3. Log in via National Single Sign-On (Nafath).
4. Review and agree to the Terms, Conditions, and Privacy Policy.
5. Enter the mobile number and email address.
6. View the eligibility result.
7. Approve the electronic agreement and start the application.
8. Navigate to the Child Registration page.
9. Add children and upload required documents (vaccination card and medical report).
10. Add the home address.
11. Reserve a service at one of the childcare centers and submit the request.
12. Access the product dashboard.
The child is added through the beneficiary’s profile page within the product.
Eligibility verification for the child is completed immediately upon submission.
Yes. A non-Saudi child of a Saudi mother is supported.
The request is processed within one business day.

Yes. The service must be reserved and paid for electronically through the Unified Platform for HRDF Services in order to benefit from the financial support.
A reservation request is automatically canceled in the following cases:
1. If the childcare center does not accept the reservation request within one business day.
2. If the beneficiary does not complete payment within 24 hours.
3. If the child does not attend the center within three days from the service start date.
4. If the beneficiary’s eligibility status changes two days before the reservation start date.
A complaint should be submitted through the Unified Platform for HRDF Services.
The product team will take the necessary actions and verify the details of the requested amounts.
You may contact Customer Support to submit a request after providing the center’s name and contact details, so the team can coordinate with the center.
Yes, the employee may benefit from Childcare Support Product (Qurrah) and Transportation Support Product (Wusool) at the same time.
The beneficiary pays the remaining amount after deducting the support, as HRDF covers up to 50% of the reservation cost, not exceeding SAR 1,600 per child.
No. Support is limited to private-sector employees registered in Social Insurance (GOSI).
Yes. The beneficiary pays any additional services or fees not covered under the product, after deducting the supported amount.
An eligible mother becomes entitled to receive support immediately after confirming a reservation with the childcare center for the relevant month.
To benefit from the support, the beneficiary must select a monthly service type, as eligibility is verified on a monthly basis.
The beneficiary may activate the Automatic Reservation Extension feature to facilitate continuous reservations.
The Automatic Reservation Extension is a feature designed to facilitate monthly reservations without the need to re-enter the system each month.
A reminder notification is sent one week before the current reservation ends, allowing the beneficiary to approve the extension and complete payment.
Yes. This can be done by activating the Automatic Reservation Extension feature.
Yes. The beneficiary can activate the automatic extension through her account on the Unified Platform.

Yes. A mother may benefit from support for one or more children simultaneously, provided that all eligibility conditions are met and the children’s ages do not exceed 6 years.

If there is an existing confirmed reservation, the beneficiary will not be excluded during the same month. Support will be discontinued starting from the following month.
Yes. The beneficiary may continue to receive support during her annual leave period.
Yes. Support continues during official holidays if the childcare center provides services during those periods.
Yes. A mother may benefit from the support intermittently, provided that:
• All eligibility conditions are met.
• The child’s age does not exceed 6 years.
Yes. If the beneficiary no longer meets the conditions and support is discontinued, she may reapply once all eligibility conditions are met again.
Yes. Support continues as long as the beneficiary continues to meet the eligibility requirements of the product.
The beneficiary’s data is updated automatically on the Unified Platform for HRDF Services, as it is linked to Social Insurance (GOSI).
Yes. As long as the beneficiary is registered in Social Insurance by the new employer, financial support will continue without interruption.
A beneficiary’s status may change to “Excluded” if:
• Her employment status in Social Insurance changes from active to inactive.
• She is no longer considered actively employed.
To be eligible for the product, the beneficiary must:
1. Be registered and active in Social Insurance.
2. Have a monthly registered salary not exceeding SAR 8,000.
No. The full service amount (the beneficiary’s share plus the supported amount) is paid directly to the childcare center.
Payments are processed between the 15th and 25th day of the following Gregorian month, taking official holidays into account.
Yes. The service amount includes VAT, if the childcare center is subject to VAT in accordance with the applicable VAT regulations.
Eligibility is determined based on the Gregorian calendar, as registered in the system.
Support continues as long as the child’s age does not exceed 6 Gregorian years.

Reference numbers appear after the completion of the transfer process to all childcare centers.

• For Saudi children: eligibility is verified immediately.
• Requests must be submitted during official working hours, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• For non-Saudi children: verification is processed within one business day.
The confirmed and paid reservation is canceled, the status becomes “Canceled,” and the beneficiary’s amount is refunded.
Yes. The business owner may benefit from the Childcare Support Product (Qurrah) if all eligibility requirements are met, including:
• Saudi nationality
• Active employment in the private sector
• Registration in Social Insurance
• Monthly registered salary not exceeding SAR 8,000
• Beneficiary age between 18 and 65
• Child age between 0 and 6 years

No. Child data cannot be modified through the platform and must be corrected via the relevant official authorities.
