Freelance Support (Directed Transport Track)

The product targets Saudi citizens (male and female) who wish to provide passenger transportation services via ride-hailing applications using their own vehicle, provided they meet the eligibility requirements.

• The beneficiary must be between 18 and 60 years old.
• Must not be employed in the private sector.
• Must not be employed in the public sector.
• Must not be a full-time student; distance learning and part-time (affiliated) students are exempted.
• Must not have an active commercial registration as an owner or partner.
• Must have a valid IBAN at the time of application.
• Must not have received the full 24-month support previously.
• Must not be active in any other Freelance Support tracks.
• Must not be permanently excluded from any support track.
• Must not have canceled or been excluded due to instability within the last two months.
• Must not be a military personnel.
• Must not be retired.
• Must not be an active trainee in the On-the-Job Training Program (Tamheer).
• Must not be registered and active in any Employment Support programs.
• Must not be registered and active in the Job Search Assistance Program.
• Must not be registered and active in Training Support Agreements.
• Must not be permanently excluded from any Freelance Support track.
• Must be eligible and approved by the Transport General Authority (TGA).
• Must have a valid Freelance Work Permit in the “Directed Vehicle Driver” activity.

Full-time students are not eligible for this track.
Distance-learning and part-time (affiliated) students may register if they meet all eligibility requirements.

• Monthly support of 40% of the beneficiary’s total monthly income, based on the income and trip data provided by the Future Work Company and approved by the Transport General Authority.
• Maximum monthly support is 3,000 SAR.
• The beneficiary must earn at least 700 SAR per month to receive support.
• An additional 10% preferential support is provided for females and persons with disabilities, without exceeding the 3,000 SAR monthly support cap.

4. Enter and confirm your IBAN.
5. Submit the application.
6. Receive an acceptance notification if all criteria are met.

No. Approval is immediate once eligibility conditions are met.

The support duration is 24 months across all freelance tracks combined.

Performance data is displayed between the 5th and 7th of the following Gregorian month.
If these dates fall on a weekend, data is shown the following week.

3. Select “Performance Data Details” for the desired month.

Yes. Objections can be submitted within 5 days from the date the data is displayed.
No objections are accepted after the deadline.

6. Select the ride-hailing application you want to dispute.

Support is disbursed on the 25th of the following Gregorian month.
If it falls on a weekend, payment is made on the next working day.

Between the 1st and 3rd of the following month.
If it falls on a weekend, payment is made the next week.

Verification is instant via the Saudi Central Bank.

The invoice will remain pending until the beneficiary updates a valid IBAN.
The system re-verifies IBANs before disbursement on the 27th of each month.
